Linear trackerTest Purpose: The outdoor lifespan test rack is mainly used to test the service life of the solar linear tracker.
Linear tracker Test Procedure:
The first phase is divided into three sections, after lifespan test, the rated load motor current shall not be higher than 6A. Phase 1 outcome could meet the conditions means conformity.
The second phase is a 22KN load test for solar linear tracker. The test shall be finished until failure and offer the test report. The push-pull reciprocating test frequency is 75%(working for 15s/suspending 5s)
First Phase：
Extreme Load: the single actuator’s load is 27KN out of doors, full stroke push 500 times/ pull 500 times (Stroke 600mm);
Maximum Load: the single actuator’s load is 22KN out of doors, full stroke push 1560 times/ pull 1560 times (Stroke 600mm);
Rated Load: the single actuator’s load is 10KN out of doors, full stroke push 3560 times/ pull 3560 times (Stroke 600mm);
Second Phase:
Test at 22KN until failure.
